Luke Senior

SRC Civil & Mining is founded and led by Luke — an industry leader with 15+ years of progressive experience across some of Australia's most technically demanding civil and infrastructure programmes. Having held senior roles with BMD, NRW Civil & Mining, Civcon and CPB Contractors, Luke has operated at the highest levels of the industry across major highway alliances, mine site civil works and complex pipeline delivery throughout Western Australia.

Luke has built SRC on the principle that specialist expertise, rigorous delivery and genuine accountability are what separate a good contractor from a great one. As an engineering-led business, sound technical judgement underpins every decision — from how a project is scoped and priced through to how it is executed on the ground. We combine that technical foundation with a forward-thinking approach, continuously seeking smarter methods, better processes and innovative solutions that drive improved outcomes for our clients.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Steven Kemp

Steven brings over 20 years of specialist experience in HDPE piping, earthworks and commissioning across Australia's most demanding mine sites and infrastructure projects.

Having delivered complex scopes for industry leaders including BHP, Northern Star Resources, Gold Road Resources, Lynas Rare Earths and McConnell Dowell, Steven combines certified technical expertise with the project management discipline and site leadership that mining clients demand.

PROJECT OPERATIONS MANAGER

With a unique background in psychology and law, and direct exposure to the construction industry, Elisha’s experience is built on understanding people and organisational performance. Her insight into human behaviour, team dynamics and what drives high-performance cultures shapes how she builds the people and operational foundations at SRC — ensuring the business grows with the same standards and integrity we bring to every project we deliver.
